1. Green fees for two for 18 holes of golf at The Homestead of Wolf Ridge Golf Club.
2. Two green fees at the Oaks of Cobden Golf Club and 1 night accommodation at Comfort Inn Pembroke for one to enjoy in the fall.
3. Green fees for two (Monday - Thursday) Calabogie Highlands Golf Club
4. Green fees for two (Monday - Thursday) Pakenham Highlands Golf Club
5. One night accommodation at Best Western Renfrew Inn in a double room and Green fees for two at Dragonfly Golf course with a power cart for 2 and a medium bucket of balls for the driving range.

Contest Rules:

OTTAWA VALLEY TOURIST ASSOCIATION OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS DURATION The "Ottawa Valley Golf Giveaways" contest commences at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST on April 29, 2008 and concludes at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on June 15, 2008. Please note that prizes must be accepted as awarded and can not be converted into cash. Prizes must be redeemed within the 2007 operating season at the Course awarded. Ottawa Valley Tourist Association reserves the right to award prizes at its discretion. WHO CAN ENTER The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the Age of Majority. The contest is not open to Employees of Ottawa Valley Tourist Association, its members, affiliates, sponsors, partners, officers and directors or their advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members. HOW TO ENTER No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary. To be eligible, complete the on-line entry form at www.ottawavalley.org/ottawavalleygolfgiveaways and submit it prior to the conclusion of the contest. All fields on the on-line entry form, and all lines on the ballot form, must be filled for proper processing of the contest entry. Each participant is allowed one entry per household in the contest. In entering this contest the entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and will abide by these contest rules and regulations. Ottawa Valley Tourist Association will not be responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or destroyed entries. The entrant further agrees that neither Ottawa Valley Tourist Association, its affiliates, nor the contest and prize sponsors will be responsible for any failure of the web site during the contest or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line Internet entry received by Ottawa Valley Tourist Association due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering into the contest. Ottawa Valley Tourist Association reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug, Trojan, worm or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ottawa Valley Tourist Association corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. ODDS OF WINNING Chances of winning depend on the number of entries. Ottawa Valley Tourist Association is unaware of how many entrants there may be. Winner(s) also may be from any geographic area in or outside of Ontario, as long as the entrants were qualified to enter this contest. COLLECTING YOUR PRIZE Ottawa Valley Tourist Association will contact the selected entrant, chosen at random, at the daytime telephone number shown on the on-line entry ballot. Calls will be made once. In order to win, entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question, posed by a representative of Ottawa Valley Tourist Association, at a mutually convenient time. Ottawa Valley Tourist Association’s judge's rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted during that time, the selected entrant does not return the message within 48 hours, or the selected entrant declines the prize, the selected entrant will no longer be eligible to win a prize and another entrant will be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person whose name the email account/telephone is registered with the Internet service provider, provided that the person meets all eligibility criteria set for in these Rules and Regulations. It will be the responsibility of the person claiming to be the winning entrant to produce documentation from his or her Internet service provider verifying that they are the authorized account holder for the Internet address used in submitting the electronic entry. PRIVACY POLICY All entries become property of Ottawa Valley Tourist Association and will not be returned. Ottawa Valley Tourist Association assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Internet during the contest period. By participating in this contest, the entrant grants the right to Ottawa Valley Tourist Association and its affiliates, who may or may not be prize sponsors, to use his or her name and contact information for future targeted mailings about great events, special offers, using both electronic and traditional mail; assist Ottawa Valley Tourist Association and its affiliates to monitor its marketing activities and better personalize future website contests, promotional events and newsletters; aggregate and publish general statistics of user demographic and psychographic information; and share such data with affiliates and third party companies. By accepting a prize, the entrant grants the right to Ottawa Valley Tourist Association to use their name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any future publicity or advertising carried out by Ottawa Valley Tourist Association and their partners or sponsors. CONDITIONS Selected entrants that correctly answer the skill testing question will be required to sign a release and acknowledgment form that releases Ottawa Valley Tourist Association, the Contest sponsor(s) and Prize sponsor(s), as well as its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotional agencies and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto before being declared the winner Ottawa Valley Tourist Association reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the contest or to amend or modify the official rules at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. In the event of a dispute in respect of the contest, the rules and regulations for the Great Golf Giveaways contest to which the entrant entered, either on-line or by hand-written ballot, will apply. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, Municipal and State laws and regulations. All decisions of the contest judging organization are final and neither the contest sponsor, its affiliates, or Ottawa Valley Tourist Association will be held responsible for any accident, negligence, printing, administrative or other efforts that may arise or occur in connection with this contest. The entrant also agrees that the Court of Ontario, Canada shall have jurisdiction to entertain any action or other legal proceedings based on any provision of these rules or the running of this contest. The entrant hereby irrevocably attorns to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. By participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees to fully indemnify the Contest Sponsor, Ottawa Valley Tourist Association, and its affiliates, as well as the directors, officers, employees, agents and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario from any and all claims by third parties without limitation. This contest will be run in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations, subject to amendment by Ottawa Valley Tourist Association.
