Paddlequest - June 11, 2006

This local event is an organized, flat water 15 kms paddle (not a race), that follows a route from the sandy beaches of Petawawa Point, at the mouth of the Petawawa River, down the historic Ottawa River to Pembroke’s Riverside Park. Ply the same waters paddled by the Algonquins and Samuel de Champlain, explorers and fur traders. Be a modern day voyageur while celebrating National Rivers Day.
