Pembroke Farmers' Market Welcomes Visitors

Within the heart of Pembroke, Ontario, is a Farmers' Market which hosts an abundance of locally-grown produce, baking, and handmade treasures. There is something for everyone's tastes and desires, such as fresh, homemade baked goods, quality meat products, and freshly picked fruits and vegetables.

The vendors themselves grow all of the produce and they take pride in providing only the best. People come back every week to obtain their favourites, such as the sweetest corn, fresh beans and the tastiest tomatoes. The baked goods, such as pies and fresh bread, are also popular items that bring people back every week. The quality and selection of meat products, such as lamb, veal, beef and buffalo, provide customers with the best choices for their dinner table.

The Pembroke Farmers' Market also hosts unique items such as beeswax products, dried and fresh herbs, canned goods and beautiful, handmade crafts. Talented crafts people bring their creations to the market for all to enjoy.

Every Wednesday and Saturday mornings (9:00am to 1:00pm) from May 26 to October 16, the Pembroke Farmers' Market becomes a lively social gathering place for locals and visitors alike.
