Wolf Howl at Bonnechere Provincial Park – August 19th, 2008

As the sun goes down on a late summer day, renowned author and naturalist Mike Runtz leads this moonlight excursion into Algonquin Park in search of a howling wolf pack. This evening of heart-stopping drama opens with an introduction on wolves and their habitat. After sunset, participants travel by car up Basin Road to the boundaries of Algonquin and Bonnechere River Provincial Parks. Here, Mike calls the wolves and with luck, the wolves respond with their haunting sound of the wild.
